In order to route your ticket probably, we need to know if this a problem related to Sage. Sage is the student database used by the administrative staff at each school. If it is an email or login issue, choose that option. If you are not sure, choose "I don't know", and the building technician will re-route it if necessary.

Tell us where the issue is so we can find it if we need to head on-site to fix the issue. For CC field, if you would like to carbon copy someone on this ticket, type in the email address of the other user in the CC field (optional). You must be signed in (link in upper right) to see the CC field.
